Mandi Barnett, Executive Director
As founder of Valley Educational Consulting, Mandi is dedicated to improving outcomes for all K-12 students through strong aligned school systems of support .With more than 15 years of experience working across the most highly regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, and education), she brings a system oriented, accountability driven approach to school improvement.
For the past 8 years Mandi has been focused on her passion for creating impactful change within the education system. Having worked in environments where compliance, precision and ethical responsibility are critical, she helps educators translate the complex policies and requirements into clear and sustainable practices that are tailored to each individual school district and community’s needs. Partnering with superintendents, principals and district leadership teams, Mandi helps build coherent systems through a blend of research-based practices, continuous improvement; and a deep belief that equitable systems, not isolated programs, drive lasting success.
Educationally, Mandi holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Washington Governors University with a focus on Elementary Education. She also holds a Native Education Certification from University of Washington and a Bachelors of Science degree from Western Washington University.
